Angela Espinosa

Dr Angela Espinosa (Colombia, 1958) has been an international leader in developing the Viable System Model. She worked closely with S Beer and co-founded and led the Metaphorum to develop his legacy when he passed away.

Angela has three decades experience in teaching, coaching, and consulting in the VSM in Europe and Latin-America. She has published extensively on applications and developments of the Viable System Model.

She is an Emeritus Fellow from the Centre for Systems Studies at the University of Hull, Honorary Senior Research Fellow in Exeter University; a Fellow of the British Cybernetics Society; and an Associated Professor in Transylvania Executive Education.

 



Mark Lambertz

Mark Lambertz was born in Düsseldorf in 1971 and works as a consultant and coach for companies that want to tap into the opportunities of digitization in these complex times. People, with their needs and abilities, are always at the center of his work.
He co-founded the digital agency anyMOTION in 1995 and led it for 20 years. During this time, the company grew to 60 employees and has since been ranked in the top 70 in the digital rankings.
He has been working with VSM for more than 10 years, improving structures at large companies and at startups.


Martin Pfiffner

Dr. Martin Pfiffner (1965, Switzerland) has been working as a top management consultant for organizations in the business and non-business sectors for 25 years. He has many years of application experience in SMEs and corporations in various business sectors in DACH, Asia and America.

He earned his doctorate under Fredmund Malik and Peter Gross and supplemented his education by studying management cybernetics with Stafford Beer, the inventor of the VSM.

From the 1990s, he was responsible for the development of management cybernetics at the Management Zentrum St. Gallen under the direction of Fredmund Malik.

Since 2013, Pfiffner has been working independently for his company mp consulting.
